Tim Peach
Born in Yorkshire in 1967, Tim Peach spent most of his childhood in Lincolnshire where he went to Stamford School. He qualified at Newcastle Dental School in 1991 then worked in practice for four years in Bedlington, Durham and South Shields. He started working at Laburnum Dental Practice in 1995, just before marrying Emma. At the end of 1997 he took a 10 week sabbatical in Australia and New Zealand with Emma and their first daughter, Jessica. On his return he became a partner in the practice and Annabelle was born in August that year. Their family was completed by the arrival of Toby early in 2002.
His particular dental interest is endodontics (root fillings). He has lectured on this subject in the region since 2002 and takes referrals from other dentists. He is also the regional tutor for a postgraduate qualification (MJDF.RCS) of the Faculty of General Dental Practitice, part of the Royal College of Surgeons (UK).
Until 1998 Tim was the scrum-half for Medicals RFC First XV (the world's finest rugby club). He captained the club in 1992/3 and played at Twickenham in the Pilkington Shield winning side of 1996. He was also in a skiffle band (The Tennessee Daniels) while a student, a regular support act at the Jumpin' and Hot Club in town.
He now plays tennis regularly, golf occasionally and coaches mini rugby at Northern FC where his son plays.

David Robinson
Born in 1961, within a stones throw from Liverpool. Spent his childhood in the Wirral, going to Wirral Grammar School, from where he travelled to Dundee University to study Dentistry. During which time he met his good friend and future partner Peter Thompson.
After qualifying in 1984 he worked in York for two years, set up in partnership with Peter in 1986. His main areas of interest in Dentistry are in adhesive tooth coloured restorations, endodontics and sedation and treatment of anxious patients. To this end he has undertaken a Diploma in Conscious Sedation at University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
David and Louise have two boys, Jonah and Isaac.
When not at work David has a keen interest in most things on two wheels, and can often be found cycling through the lanes of Northumberland, or covered in mud off road riding.

Peter Thompson
Born in 1960, Peter went to school in Newcastle before going to Dundee University, where he qualified in 1984. During his time there he was selected for Scottish Universities at football and represented Brechin City Football Club.
On qualifying, he returned to Newcastle and took a job in this Practice where he worked for almost 2 years before buying the Practice with University friend David Robinson in July '86.
He is married to Alison and has 2 children, Jack and Ruby, and has a very keen interest in football.
His main clinical interest other than general Dentistry is in Occlusion and subsequent restorative work. To this end he has carried out many years of postgraduate study in the subject and is an active member of the British Society of Occlusal Studies.

Fiona Strain
Qualified from Glasgow Dental School in 1999. Then decided to leave the "big city lights" and move down to Geordie Toon when rumours spread to Scotland about the good night life and friendly people in Newcastle. Still here years later!
Joined Laburnum Dental Practice at the beginning of 2002 and is determined to one day surpass Pete in his knowledge of pop trivia, cycle up a mountain faster than Dave and beat Tim on the tennis court.
