We provide a range of plans that include various items of the most common treatment types. We will happily advise you of the most appropriate package for yourself, or you can simply choose yourself.
The Laburnum Dental Practice Plan
2 free check ups - Regular check ups throughout the year will help prevent dental decay and tooth loss and maintain the health of your mouth.
Weekend emergency service - The unexpected can always happen, a broken tooth, crown or toothache. Emergencies are always a worrying time so instead of having to see a different dentist on a weekend emergency call at an unfamiliar practice, you will be able to directly contact one of our dentists at the practice who will know all about your dental health and be able to treat you, if necessary at your own practice in familiar suuroundings.
Free denture repairs - If you should need dentures, instead of paying for any repairs throughout the year they will be provided free, avoiding any surprise bills
Guaranteed treatment - All dental work such as fillings or crowns are guaranteed and if there are any problems within one year they will be replaced free of charge.
10% discount off all oral health products - Our dental practice already provides a full range of oral health products at considerably cheaper prices than local shops. By joining the scheme you will be able to buy your family's dental products at greatly reduced prices throughout the year
To join the plan costs only £57 per year. Your spouse/partner or other members of your family living in the same household qualify to pay the reduced rate of £53 per year. Payments are made by Direct Debit.
Due to the success of this plan we have now extended the benefits which are now included in the Gold Plan
The Laburnum Dental Practice Gold Plan
The Gold Plan includes all the benefits of the Silver Plan, together with the additional benefits.
2 hygienist visits per year - this will reinforce the preventive policy of the practice, and help allow close monitoring of gum health which essential to prevent early tooth loss.
2 small radiographs (x-ray pictures) - these are usually taken every two years to allow a more thorough examination, helping in the early detection of decay in between teeth, beneath fillings or at crown margins.
The Gold Plan membership costs £119 per annum, for the first member and £113 for the subsequent family members, payable by Direct Debit.
The Laburnum Dental Practice Platinum Plan
The Platinum Plan caters for our patients who need or prefer to see the hygienist every three months. It has all the additional benefits of the Gold Plan.
The Platinum Plan membership costs £172 per annum for the first member, and £164 for subsequent family members.
This means your check ups are taken care of, you have peace of mind knowing that if in pain outside weekday surgery hours you can always reach one of our dentists, and that the upkeep of your mouth between visits will be cheaper thanks to the discounts on dental products.
